  • You do. Every match, screenshot, and download is yours and stays yours. We do not retain copies of your archive images after processing.
  • ImageTrace runs on EU-hosted infrastructure. One-shot scan images are processed and removed afterwards. Images you opt in to monitor stay encrypted at rest in EU storage so we can re-run the scan on your chosen cadence, and are removed when you cancel the watch.
  • A per-match evidence page with screenshot and source URL, downloadable as PDF. Broader export formats for your billing or CRM system are available to discuss for volume customers.
  • After your request, we schedule a short call, personally guide the first 50 scans, and share the results with your team. No obligation afterwards.
  • For 5,000+ one-off projects or recurring volumes from ~500/month, we put together a custom proposal.
  • No. ImageTrace is not a legal service. We deliver detection and evidence; what you do with it (invoice, demand takedown or escalate) is up to you or your own counsel.
