You move up a tier by using a minimum number of credits per month for a set number of consecutive months (e.g. Bronze = 50 credits/mo for 1 month). Miss the minimum in any month and you drop back down one level. So it's real loyalty. You earn the discount by consistently using the product, not just by signing up.

No, and that's deliberate. Competitors take 30–50% of every recovery because they manage the legal back-and-forth. We just find the matches and export a ready-to-send PDF (URL, screenshot, evidence, editable template letter in EN/NL). You send it. That's why a check costs €1 and the full case file €5 in total, however much you recover, instead of a cut of it.
Evidence and outcome 4
Every demand letter bundles the source URL, a full-page screenshot and an optional independent web archive record. The moment the letter is generated we also store a SHA-256 checksum of the exact PDF and request an independent trusted timestamp (RFC 3161) from a public Time Stamping Authority. The letter's footer carries a public verification link anyone can open to confirm the document is genuine and unchanged. We do not claim legal qualifications for this seal; whether evidence is accepted is always up to the court.
It opens with a clear statement of unauthorized use, lists the specific URL, includes a full-page screenshot taken at the moment you generate the letter, and requests removal or licensing, with editable fields for license fees, terms, or a takedown deadline. Standard cease-and-desist phrasing in your language. The dashboard shows you the exact letter before you generate the final PDF, so you always see what gets sent. If your credits or copyright metadata were stripped from the copy, the letter cites that too.
Some recipients remove the image, some license it, and some ignore the request. ImageTrace gives you the evidence packet and letter so you can decide the next step: invoice directly, request takedown, escalate via small claims or your own lawyer, or do nothing. We don't handle escalation, but we keep your case history (URL, dates, letter generated) so your lawyer has everything ready if you decide to go that route. Uses by clients you have registered as licensed are automatically set aside, so your case list stays clean.
ImageTrace can suggest an amount based on the Stichting BeeldAnoniem tariff list (managed by Pictoright), 2026 edition: a base rate per year of use that depends on who used your photo, with surcharges when attribution is missing or your image is used as a logo. The 2026 internet rate for companies and institutions, for example, is € 493 per year. The letter cites the full calculation, you can always enter your own amount instead, and whether compensation is awarded is ultimately up to the parties or a court.

Your photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection to EU-based servers, where we build a perceptual fingerprint of each one. Nothing disappears behind your back: searches you have not touched for 30 days move to your Archive, where everything stays restorable with one click. 30 days after that, the uploaded image itself is permanently deleted from our servers, unless you keep it in your Library or have monitoring running. Monitored images stay encrypted at rest until you cancel. You can delete anything yourself at any time. GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU.
Your scans stay in your Library. Archiving one does not lose anything: you restore it with one click, and you keep the list of URLs even after the image itself is removed. If the image came from your Library, you can also run a fresh scan from there without uploading again, which costs a scan like any other.
